Biography

Capt. Brad Shepherd (Ret.) is retired from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) after 25 years of service to the state of Oklahoma.  Brad is the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of a national 501(c)3 organization. He has vast experience in leading an organization in this service realm.  Brad is tasked with providing leadership, oversight to operations, and providing strategic development for our organization.  Brad is married and has two boys. His hobbies include almost anything actively outdoors and reading.
