Larry has been a Volunteer Fire fighter for the past 19 years and has served his department as Chief and as President. Larry has been in the Financial Services business since 1984.
Lt.Randy Sutton (Ret), founder of The Wounded Blue and Chairman of the Board, He is a 30 year law enforcement veteran having served 10 years in New Jersey and 24 with a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Is the author of numerous books and appeared in numerous movies and television shows including popular reality series COPS and is known as the “Voice of American Law Enforcement”.
Bret Rawson represents thousands of law enforcement officers in the Intermountain West as an attorney specializing in police-related matters. He also works as a reserve police officer in a local municipality where he is proud to serve the people of North Salt Lake. Mr. Rawson’s law firm, Nelson Jones, PLLC, is honored to represent The Wounded Blue.
Ron Coury, a former U.S. Marine, relocated in Las Vegas after his active duty stint ended in 1973. He recently released his autobiography entitled, Tenacity, on Amazon. It describes his life as a youth in Brooklyn, New York, his military experience and many of the 20 businesses he founded or purchased throughout his Las Vegas residency for 47 years.
Sgt. John Krupinsky has been a police officer for 40 years. He is the President of the Connecticut State Fraternal Order of Police and was the recipient of the FOX News Patriot Award.
Michael is the founder of Nevada Holdings. With 42 years of business experience, he has taken a special interest in the success of our Peer Teams.
Sgt. Betsy Brantner Smith (ret.) was a police officer for 29 years in the Chicago suburbs and is an internationally known law enforcement trainer, author and consultant. Betsy is married to Dave “JD Buck Savage” Smith and is the spokesman for the National Police Association.
Jason Schechterle is a retired Phoenix Police Officer and Homicide Investigator. Jason sustained life threatening burn injuries in the line of duty in 2001. He now travels the country as a keynote and motivational speaker. Jason also is Co-host of Badge Boys podcast.
Tom Kovach is passionate about supporting those who protect us and building stronger relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve. He is proud to have raised tens of millions of dollars for law enforcement and public safety.
Jennie Hill has been a part of TWB since it’s inception. She is passionate about helping injured officers after her own on-duty injury left her feeling forgotten and alone. She is a POST certified peace officer, wife, mom, & business owner. Barron is the TWB Peer Support Ambassador pup and Jennie’s own service dog.
Clarissa Burt is an internationally acclaimed multi award-winning media personality, producer, director, writer, author, public speaker. She is a Who’s Who of International and American Women brings over 35 years of entertainment industry experience in both International and American markets.
Anne K. Carpenter was the first female Colonel of the Nevada Highway Patrol. She was the Chief of the Parole and Probation Division, recently retiring after 27 years of state service. She earned her Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Married with one great daughter. Currently works for FirstNet built with AT&T as a Lead Strategist – Law Enforcement.
Heidi is the wife of Billings, MT motor officer, Ladd Paulson, who was catastrophically injured in the line of duty in 2002. She is the mother of 2, grandmother of 6, author (Dependence Day), speaker, and software developer/former business owner. She has advocated for both federal and state legislation on behalf of disabled first responders. Heidi is committed to building a voice for those who have gone unheard.
